From April 6th through the 27th, we’ll be out in the desert taking care of the guards who keep everyone safe so the festivals can run smoothly.

Skip the processed fast food—our dishes feature fresh ground pork, house-made breakfast sausage, chorizo, salsa, and juicy 1/4-pound all-beef burgers.

Enjoy Nathan’s all-beef hot dogs and Vienna Beef corn dogs, fried in rich beef tallow for bold flavor and perfect crispiness. We use daily fresh produce and natural cheeses, with exciting weekly specials to keep things delicious!
